Welcome to 7-Day Ad Revival. By using this website or purchasing our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Overview of Service
7-Day Ad Revival provides a done-for-you Meta ads recovery setup for legitimate businesses that have experienced advertising access restrictions. The service is designed to help eligible advertisers get back to running Facebook and Instagram campaigns through a complete, prepared setup.
2. Eligibility
The service is only available to legitimate businesses and advertisers. You agree not to use the service for illegal, deceptive, misleading, prohibited, or non-compliant advertising of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone we believe is using it improperly.
3. No Affiliation With Meta
7-Day Ad Revival is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any related company. All product and company names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information.
- Using the delivered assets responsibly.
- Following Meta advertising policies at all times.
- Running compliant ads only.
- Not using the service for scams, prohibited products, misleading claims, illegal offers, or policy-violating campaigns.
- Maintaining the security of your login details and access credentials.
5. Payment
The service price is $997 one-time. Payments are processed through PayPal. Access to the service begins after successful payment confirmation.
6. Delivery Timeline
Our goal is to get you back to running Facebook ads within 7 days after we receive all required information and cooperation from you. Delays caused by missing client information, delayed responses, platform issues, or third-party provider delays may affect delivery time.
7. 7-Day Revival Guarantee
If 7-Day Ad Revival fails to deliver a working setup that allows you to get back to running Facebook ads within 7 days, you may request a refund.
This guarantee applies only when you provide all required information and cooperate with the setup process. It does not apply if you delay the process, provide incorrect information, refuse to follow setup instructions, or attempt to run non-compliant ads.
8. 30-Day Account Replacement Warranty
If a covered delivered profile or Business Manager asset becomes restricted within 30 days of delivery, 7-Day Ad Revival will replace the covered asset free of charge.
The replacement warranty does not cover restrictions caused by non-compliant ads, suspicious activity, client misuse, payment issues, policy violations, or actions outside our control.
9. No Lifetime Guarantee
We do not guarantee that any account, profile, Business Manager, page, or ad account will remain active forever. Meta controls its own platform and may restrict accounts at its own discretion at any time.
10. No Guarantee of Advertising Results
We help clients regain the ability to run ads, but we do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, ROAS, profit, campaign performance, or ad approval. Advertising results depend on your offer, creative, targeting, business model, and platform decisions.
11. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
The service may involve third-party tools and platforms such as PayPal, browser tools, proxies, ad platforms, and agency ad account providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, or decisions made by these third parties.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not use the service for:
- Illegal products or services.
- Misleading advertising.
- Scams or deceptive offers.
- Impersonation of another person or business.
- Restricted or prohibited advertising categories.
- Any activity that violates Meta policies or applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7-Day Ad Revival is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, advertising losses, platform restrictions, or third-party actions arising from your use of the service.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
