This Refund Policy explains when refunds and replacements are available for 7-Day Ad Revival.
1. Service Price
7-Day Ad Revival is a one-time $997 done-for-you service.
2. 7-Day Revival Guarantee
If we fail to deliver a working setup that gets you back to running Facebook ads within 7 days, you may request a refund.
3. Guarantee Conditions
The guarantee applies only if:
- The client completes payment.
- The client provides required information on time.
- The client responds to setup communication in a reasonable timeframe.
- The client follows setup instructions.
- The client is running a legitimate business.
- The client is not attempting to run prohibited, deceptive, illegal, or non-compliant ads.
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not available if:
- The client changes their mind after delivery has started.
- The client fails to provide required information.
- The client does not respond to setup communication.
- The client misuses the delivered assets.
- The client runs non-compliant ads.
- The client violates Meta policies.
- The client's own actions cause restrictions.
- The client expected guaranteed sales, leads, revenue, ROAS, or ad approval.
- The service was delivered as described.
5. 30-Day Account Replacement Warranty
If a covered profile or Business Manager asset gets restricted within the first 30 days after delivery, we will replace the covered asset free of charge.
6. Warranty Limitations
The replacement warranty does not cover:
- Restrictions caused by non-compliant ads.
- Suspicious or unusual client activity.
- Payment method issues.
- Client misuse.
- Policy violations.
- Platform-wide Meta changes.
- Third-party provider issues outside our control.
- Any issue occurring after the 30-day warranty period.
7. No Lifetime Account Guarantee
No account, profile, Business Manager, page, or ad account is guaranteed to last forever. Meta controls its platform and can restrict accounts at its discretion.
8. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please include:
- Full name.
- Purchase email.
- PayPal transaction ID.
- Description of the issue.
- Screenshots if relevant.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method when possible. Processing times may depend on PayPal or the payment provider.
